Our Rates Fall Into 3 Categories:

 - Normal Business Hour Rates (Normal Business Hours Are 9 AM - 6 PM Mon - Fri)
 - After Business Hour Rates (Any work done after normal hours are billed at this rate)
 - Emergency Service Rates (If a request is made to postpone other work to service you)

Normal Business Hour Rates

 - $99.00 - ONSITE (Working in your home or office)
 - $74.00 - REMOTE (Working over the internet on your computer)
 - $59.00 - INSTORE (All work is completed in our office)

After Business Hours Rates

 - $199.00 - ONSITE (Working in your home or office)
 - $159.00 - REMOTE (Working over the internet on your computer)
 - $119.00 - INSTORE (All work is completed in our office)

Emergency Service Rates

 - $99.00 - ONSITE(Working in your home or office)
 - $74.00 - REMOTE(Working over the internet on your computer)
 - $59.00 - INSTORE(All work is completed in our office)

INSTORE Service has two options:

1) You can drop off your computer at our location
2) A technician can pickup and deliver your computer for $25
