How do I find system information about AOL, my internet connection and my computer?

All of those nuggets are collected into one place: The AOL System Information utility.
1. Click on the Windows Start button.
2. Point to Programs, point to America Online and click on AOL System Information. (be patient, it takes a while to come up)

In the AOL System Information window, you'll see:
a. how much memory you have,
b. which version of Windows you're using,
c. the browser that's on tap, and so on.
These are just what the tech-support expert ordered (or will order, when you call for help), so you should know where to find them.
